Our Nurturing Leadership Department focuses on raising a generation of ethical, purpose-driven individuals. Through education, mentorship, cultural transformation, and rehabilitation programs, we aim to build leaders who will influence their communities with integrity and compassion.

🔄 Lenakot (Rehabilitation)

We offer counseling, recovery support, and reintegration programs for those overcoming addiction or incarceration. We also engage in prison ministry and community healing efforts to help individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

🌱 Chadasha (Cultural Change)

No one should go to bed hungry. Our food programs aim to reduce hunger and malnutrition through food aid distributions, support to community kitchens, and agricultural empowerment.

🧑‍🏫 Manhal (Leadership)

We nurture responsible and ethical leaders through mentorship, leadership training, and community service opportunities — investing in both the present and future change-makers.
